Final: Core Values

The core values that matter to me are having set goals and finding ways to accomplish them.   My main goal is to make people happy and recognize my ambition towards becoming the best I can be.  So I chose to be an stylist assistant to prove myself and have my goals reached.  As a stylist’s assistant to me matter the most because it means having some big and important responsibilities. As long as I work hard, I am able to figure out ways to make accomplishments. Staying strong and having good confidence is a way to keep me going. "If a company wants to grow in a crowded market or expand without having to launch a new brand, it could acquire one that already exists."  -Davis & Baldwin 51 Networking is a way to find good connections. As an assistant stylist staying organized is another core value of mine, because being organized can help you keep a clear view of what it is that you are trying to accomplish. Having set plans can help you set and meet your goals throughout your journey of accomplishing any major goals. Having my mind set and accomplishing my goals is something that makes me happy because knowing that I am able to accomplish my goals and priorities is something that I can look back at, at the end of the day I know that I was able to do it on my own.
